D2C athleisure brand BlissClub has raised Rs 160 crore ($16.8 million) in a Series B funding round led by Singularity AMC. The round also saw participation from founder Minu Margeret and her partner Vidit Aatrey, along with existing investors Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures.

The latest fundraise comes as the Bengaluru-based company looks to expand its product portfolio, strengthen its retail network and build capabilities for its next stage of growth.

Fresh Capital to Drive Category and Retail Expansion

BlissClub plans to use the newly raised capital to enter new product categories and expand its offline retail footprint across India. The company will also invest in product development and recruit talent to support its growth plans.

The funding gives the company additional capital to build on its existing presence across both online and offline channels. BlissClub currently sells products through its own website, marketplaces and physical retail stores.

From Women’s Activewear to an Omnichannel Brand

Founded in 2020 by Minu Margeret, BlissClub started as a direct-to-consumer brand focused on technical activewear designed for Indian women. Over time, the company has expanded its business into a broader athleisure and functional apparel brand.

The Bengaluru-based startup has developed an omnichannel presence with more than 40 retail stores. It has also recently entered the menswear segment, marking an expansion beyond its original focus on women’s activewear.

Its product range includes leggings, tops, outerwear and accessories. The company develops its products through in-house research and sourcing, with its offerings available through multiple sales channels.

Building on Its Previous Series A Fundraise

BlissClub had previously raised $15 million in its Series A funding round in May 2022. Eight Roads Ventures led that round, with participation from Elevation Capital.

The latest Series B round brings the company additional backing from its existing investors while also adding Singularity AMC as the lead investor. Founder Minu Margeret and Vidit Aatrey also participated in the new funding round.

Revenue Climbs 51% in FY25

BlissClub’s financial performance showed a significant improvement in revenue during FY25. According to the company’s reported figures, operating revenue increased 51% to Rs 131.5 crore in FY25, compared with Rs 87 crore in FY24.

The company also reduced its losses by more than half during the same period. The improvement was supported in part by lower employee costs.

BlissClub has not yet filed its annual financial report for FY26. Its latest reported financial performance therefore remains based on the FY25 figures.

Focus Shifts to the Next Phase of Growth

With the new Series B capital, BlissClub is set to focus on expanding its product categories, increasing its offline presence and strengthening its product development capabilities. The company also plans to add talent as it works to scale its business.

The latest funding round reflects BlissClub’s continued expansion from a women-focused activewear startup into an omnichannel athleisure brand with a growing retail network and a presence in menswear.
