VoiceLine, a Munich-based voice AI platform built for enterprise frontline teams, has closed a €10 million Series A as it looks to scale its product and team and push further into international markets. The round was led by Alstin Capital and Peak, with participation from existing investors Scalehouse Capital, Venture Stars, and NAP.
At the heart of VoiceLine’s pitch is a familiar problem in field-heavy businesses: sales and service teams spend most of the day with customers or travelling between appointments, while the “paperwork”, CRM updates, visit notes, handovers, slips to the end of the day or never gets done. VoiceLine says that delay has a cost: follow-ups get missed, insights don’t make it into enterprise systems, and managers lose real-time visibility into what’s happening on the ground.
What VoiceLine says its product does?
VoiceLine describes its platform as a voice-first AI assistant designed for the reality of mobile teams. After a customer interaction, an employee can record a voice memo or call in by phone, and the system structures the spoken input into visit reports, CRM entries, follow-up tasks, and visit preparation, syncing with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems, according to the company.
Dr Nicolas Höflinger, CEO and co-founder, frames it as a workflow shift rather than a feature add-on: “Field sales continues to be the backbone revenue driver for many industrial or services organisations. With VoiceLine, we are revolutionising the end-to-end reality of frontline work… using voice as the most natural interface.”
Why investors are leaning in
From the lead investor’s side, the bet is that voice can remove admin drag while creating better data for decision-making. “Enterprise field sales is the engine of many B2B business models, yet administrative burdens are slowing it down,” said Andreas Schenk, Partner at Alstin Capital. He added that VoiceLine’s mix of “measurable ROI” and a “scalable enterprise business model” drove Alstin to lead the round.
VoiceLine also positions itself as faster to roll out than traditional enterprise software deployments, saying it can be deployed “within days” and that its implementation engine enables customised assistants with minimal IT involvement, while meeting enterprise-grade security and compliance needs.
Traction and customer outcomes
VoiceLine reports a pilot win rate of over 95% and says it delivers outcomes “where most internal AI initiatives stall.”
It lists DACHSER, ABB, Knauf, KSB, and Elis among its mid-market and enterprise customers.
On impact, the company cites customer-reported results including:
- Up to 82% reduction in administrative work for customer-facing teams, “saving approximately five hours per sales representative per week”
- 400% more structured field data
- Up to 96% of follow-up tasks forwarded within minutes, with frontline data available the same day
Company Background
Founded in 2020 by Dr Nicolas Höflinger and Sebastian Pinkas, VoiceLine builds for frontline teams across sales, service and operations, aiming to capture information by voice, automate workflows and generate actionable insights integrated into enterprise systems.
The new funding will be used to expand the team and further develop the AI platform. VoiceLine says it plans to more than double headcount this year, focusing on product development, sales, customer success, and partnerships.
On expansion, the company’s stated plan is to scale across Europe and move into additional frontline-heavy industries including pharma, medtech, food & beverage, insurance, and financial services. It says it currently employs around 30 people and has achieved tenfold year-over-year growth.
VoiceLine previously raised a €2.4 million seed round in 2024, led by Venture Stars and Scalehouse Capital.
