Godrej Properties Limited has attained a milestone selling 275 high-end flats in its new residential venture “Godrej Riverine” in Sector-44, Noida. The amount generated through the sale exceeded ₹2,000 crore, an impressive achievement for the company.
Since entering the NCR market in 2010, Godrej Properties has increased its footprint, completing six of its 17 projects across five cities. The current sale marks an important turning point in the company’s luxury residential division.
As per Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Properties, Noida is still a key market for the company, and they are interested in increasing their presence in the area. The Godrej Riverine project, covering 6.46 acres, comprises several luxury residential apartments, which are in high demand from prospective buyers.
The company disclosed the sale figures to the stock exchange on Tuesday, highlighting that the luxury project’s appeal lies in its strategic location and high-end amenities.
