India-based one of the real estate company operating under Lodha brand -Macrotech Developers Ltd.-noted that the sales bookings surged by 32 percent on a yearly basis during December quarter 2024. In contrast, at the same time in the last fiscal, it rose to ₹4,510 crore from ₹3,410 crore, bolstered by a series of bookings received from its varied categories of customers for their home purchases.
The company, in a regulatory filing, said, “We achieved our best-ever quarterly pre-sales of ₹4,510 crore, which reflects a year-on-year growth of 32 per cent.”
Macrotech has reported sales bookings of ₹12,820 crore for the first nine months of the current fiscal year, registering a growth of 25% from ₹10,300 crore in the same period of the 2023-24 financial year. The company is targeting ₹17,500 crore in sales bookings for the 2024-25 fiscal year and is projecting a 21% annual growth.
The company has always had a very strong performance in the residential property space, particularly in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Pune. The company recently entered the Bengaluru housing market, further diversifying its residential portfolio.
In the 2023-24 fiscal year, the company achieved record sales bookings of ₹14,520 crore, a 20 per cent increase from ₹12,060 crore in the previous year. The upward trajectory underscores the growing demand for housing and Macrotech’s ability to cater to diverse markets.
Beyond residential properties, Macrotech is also developing industrial and logistics parks across various states, further cementing its position as a versatile player in the real estate sector.
