Quick home services platform Snabbit has appointed Pradeep Yadav as its Head of Operations, bringing the former Klydo co-founder into a key leadership role as the company works to strengthen its operating systems and service fulfilment at scale.
Yadav will oversee Snabbit’s operations, with his mandate focused on building systems that can support the company’s growing service network. The appointment comes at a time when Snabbit says it has crossed 1 crore lifetime jobs and recently handled more than 1.15 lakh jobs in a single day.
The company currently operates across five cities and more than 150 micromarkets. Its presence includes Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
Pradeep Yadav brings operations and consumer internet experience
Yadav has more than 15 years of experience spanning supply chain, operations and consumer internet businesses.
Before joining Snabbit, he co-founded quick fashion commerce startup Klydo. Earlier in his career, he also held roles at Udaan and Flipkart. Yadav is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Delhi.
His move to Snabbit follows a relatively short but eventful chapter at Klydo.
Founded by Yadav and Ankit Agarwal in September 2025, Klydo launched a 15 to 30-minute fashion delivery service in Bengaluru. The startup raised around $2 million in seed funding before pausing operations in July 2026 while moving towards a new product direction.
For Snabbit, Yadav’s experience across logistics-heavy businesses and fast-moving consumer platforms places him in a role closely tied to the company’s next phase of operational growth.
Vikas Choudhary moves to new responsibilities
Yadav takes over the operations leadership role from Vikas Choudhary, who had led Snabbit’s operations for the previous 18 months.
Choudhary will now move to build new businesses and work on emerging opportunities within the company.
The change suggests Snabbit is reorganising responsibilities within its leadership team while continuing to expand the operating backbone of its core home services business.
Unlike a simple external replacement, the transition keeps Choudhary within the company while handing day-to-day operational leadership to Yadav.
Scale becomes central to Snabbit’s operations push
Snabbit’s operating numbers give the appointment additional context.
Crossing 1 crore lifetime jobs gives the company a substantially larger fulfilment base to manage, while the recent single-day volume of more than 1.15 lakh jobs points to the level of coordination now required across its network. The company is already spread across more than 150 micromarkets in five cities.
That makes operational consistency, service fulfilment and scalable internal systems particularly important as Snabbit expands.
Yadav’s appointment therefore comes with a clearly defined task: building an operating structure that can keep pace with increasing service volumes while supporting the company’s wider expansion plans.
For Yadav, the role also marks a shift from building Klydo as a founder to taking charge of operations inside a quick home services platform with an established multi-city footprint.
Snabbit’s next phase will now see Yadav leading the operating engine behind that growth, while Choudhary focuses on developing new businesses and opportunities within the company.
