TCM Sports, a leading name in Indian sports marketing with over three decades of experience, has announced the appointment of Nobel Dhingra as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.

With an impressive legacy of defining the business landscape of the sports industry in the Indian subcontinent and Middle East, TCM Sports is now speeding up its international expansion. TCM Sports feels Dhingra’s extensive professional experience and entrepreneurial acumen will play a vital role in fueling its next growth phase globally.

Nobel Dhingra brings over two decades of extensive experience in sales, marketing, and category management. He has contributed to renowned brands such as Dabur Red, 7Up, Quaker Oats, and MakeMyTrip. He has held leadership roles at marquee organisations like Dabur, Nestlé, PepsiCo, and MMT.

An FMS Delhi alumnus, Dhingra’s sporting interest is matched by his corporate experience. Having represented Chandigarh in competitive youth cricket and being a keen golfer with several corporate tournament victories, he instinctively reflects the team spirit and leadership qualities that are so much a part of TCM’s culture.

Most recently, Dhingra led strategic initiatives for digital business growth at MakeMyTrip. In 2023, he also co-founded Vansaar, a fast-growing health and personal care startup, where he was instrumental in building the brand from scratch.

Welcoming Dhingra to the leadership team, Lokesh Sharma, Managing Director of TCM Sports, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Nobel Dhingra to the TCM family. His proven track record at scaling iconic brands, expertise in digital business strategy, and entrepreneurial acumen will be vital as we chart our future course. His values and deep passion for sports mirror the very ethos of TCM.”

TCM Sports expressed strong confidence that Dhingra’s strategic insight and diverse industry experience will help the company redefine sports marketing not just in India but also across emerging international markets.
