In a significant move to boost the hospitality sector in Rajasthan, realty giant Manglam Group has announced a substantial investment of Rs 1,000 crore. The Jaipur-based firm plans to channel this investment over the next five years to expand its footprint in the luxury hotel space.
Laying the foundation for a fresh round of hospitality growth, the group has already made its mark with the 150-room Westin Jaipur Resort on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway, which will soon be operational. Following its strategic game plan, Manglam Group is targeting high-priority areas and major tourism centres in the state.
Future Projects Revealed The company has already set its second big project in Jaipur, a 200-room hotel as part of a mixed-use complex in Jagatpura. The new property will be operated by an internationally known hotel brand, emphasizing the group’s vision to provide high-end experiences.
Also, the plans of the group constitute a 200-key hotel on Ajmer Road for an investment of Rs 200 crore, a 250-key project on the Delhi-Jaipur Road for Rs 300 crore, and a 200-key set-up near the Khatu Shyam Temple for an estimated Rs 150 crore.
