In a strong signal of investor confidence in India’s deep-tech startup ecosystem, two emerging technology ventures Adopt AI and Flam have collectively raised $20 million in funding to accelerate their global growth and technological innovation.
Adopt AI Raises $6 Million to Build Seamless AI Interfaces
AI-native startup Adopt AI has secured $6 million in seed funding led by Elevation Capital, with backing from Foster Ventures, Powerhouse Ventures, Darkmode Ventures, and a cadre of strategic angel investors. The startup, founded by Deepak Anchala, Rahul Bhattacharya, and Anirudh Badam, is building infrastructure that transforms traditional applications into AI-first experiences through a no-code, natural language interface.
Adopt AI’s platform allows businesses to convert consumer and enterprise apps into AI-powered agents without restructuring legacy systems. Using a no-code agent builder and conversational AI, users can automate workflows and execute complex tasks using natural language. The startup claims that its integration-first model enhances retention and productivity by eliminating the learning curve typically associated with AI tools.
The founding team includes ex-Microsoft and ex-Google talent, Anirudh Badam, who now serves as Chief AI Officer, brings extensive experience in enterprise-scale AI systems, while founding engineer Vijay Sagar contributes deep machine learning expertise from Google.
The newly raised capital will be directed towards talent acquisition, product refinement, and expanding enterprise partnerships, as Adopt AI positions itself to redefine user experience in AI-integrated applications.
Flam Secures $14 Million to Lead the Mixed Reality Revolution
Meanwhile, Flam, a mixed reality (MR) content platform, has raised $14 million in a Series A round led by RTP Global, with participation from Dovetail and existing backers. Founded in 2021 by Shourya Agarwal, Malhar Patil, and Amit Gaiki, Flam operates from San Francisco and Bengaluru, and has now raised $22 million in total funding.

Flam’s core offering allows brands to deliver high-fidelity, interactive 3D and MR experiences across physical and digital touchpoints TV, print, product packaging, retail displays, and social media without requiring apps or browser redirects. Its proprietary technology delivers these experiences in under 300 milliseconds, a benchmark unmatched in the current MR landscape.
Having already served over 100 global clients, including Google, Samsung, Netflix, AJIO, Flipkart, and even a US Presidential campaign, Flam claims MR campaigns on its platform deliver 49x higher engagement rates and 4x better conversions compared to conventional formats.
The fresh infusion of capital will be used to:
- Expand operations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and strengthen its presence in Asia.
- Build a full-stack enterprise suite featuring tools for automated 3D asset generation, self-serve MR publishing, integrated ad suites, and advanced analytics dashboards.
- Extend MR content capabilities to MSMEs and individual creators, democratizing access to immersive technology.
“Series A capital brings laser focus to shipping the GenAI tool-chain that enterprises have been begging for,” said CEO Shourya Agarwal, adding that Flam is doubling down on monetization in India while targeting aggressive growth in the U.S.
India’s Emerging Deep-Tech Playbook
Both startups exemplify the evolution of India’s new-age technology ventures, Adopt AI focusing on AI-native software infrastructure, and Flam driving next-gen MR experiences backed by generative AI. Their recent funding milestones reflect investor appetite for deep technology, product-led models, and global scalability.
Nishit Garg, Partner at RTP Global, stated, “Flam is not just about cutting-edge tech, it’s about vision and execution speed. They’re building a category-defining company.”
As the global race for AI and immersive media innovation intensifies, the success of Adopt AI and Flam positions India not just as a hub for innovation, but as a frontrunner shaping the future of enterprise and consumer tech.
