Led by Endiya Partners, the seed funding will support Shamrock AI’s product development, hiring and international expansion as the startup builds technology to help enterprises deploy and manage AI agents.
Enterprise AI startup Shamrock AI has raised $5 million in a seed funding round led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria. The company plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen its technology, expand its workforce and reach more enterprise customers.
A notable part of its expansion strategy is its focus on India. Shamrock AI intends to retain approximately 70% to 80% of its workforce in the country while building a client-facing team in the United States. The startup also has plans to expand its presence in the Middle East.
The funding comes as Shamrock AI develops an agentic assurance platform designed to help large organisations deploy artificial intelligence agents across important business operations.
What Does Shamrock AI Do?
Founded in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Michael (Mick) Gallagher and Anuraag Nallapati, Shamrock AI is developing technology that helps enterprises introduce AI agents into their existing business systems and processes.
At the centre of its platform is an Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph, which connects business processes, systems, data and operations.
The idea is to give AI agents a better understanding of how an organisation operates before they are deployed across business-critical workflows.
Rather than treating individual tasks in isolation, the platform continuously tests and validates business processes to build a representation of an enterprise’s operations. Shamrock AI aims to use this understanding to support more reliable AI-driven automation.
SAP S/4HANA Migrations Among Initial Focus Areas
Shamrock AI is initially concentrating on agentic test lifecycle automation for enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations.
This involves using AI-driven technology to support testing and validation during changes to enterprise systems, where different business processes and applications often need to work together.
The company’s approach centres on understanding the connections between these processes and testing them continuously.
Beyond ERP transformations, Shamrock AI plans to extend its platform into data observability and autonomous business process automation.
These areas form part of its broader ambition to help enterprises manage AI agents across interconnected business workflows.
Shamrock AI Targets Fortune 500 Enterprises
Shamrock AI, which has a presence in Shillong, says it already serves multiple Fortune 500 companies.
Its reported customer base includes a hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company. The businesses have not been identified publicly in the available information.
The company has not disclosed the number of enterprise customers using its platform or the commercial value of those relationships.
Its focus on large organisations is consistent with the platform’s emphasis on complex enterprise systems, business process validation and AI agent deployment.
India to Remain Central to Hiring Plans
With the new funding, Shamrock AI plans to increase its workforce across India and the United States.
The startup expects India to account for 70% to 80% of its employees, while its US expansion will include developing a team that works directly with customers.
It is also looking to extend its reach into the Middle East as part of its international growth plans.
Alongside recruitment, the investment will be directed towards product development and go-to-market activities.
For Shamrock AI, the immediate challenge is to turn its enterprise-focused technology into a platform that can support AI agents across a wider range of business processes. Its initial work in ERP testing offers a starting point, while the planned move into data observability and autonomous automation could broaden its use within large organisations.
The funding gives the young startup additional resources to pursue those plans, with India set to remain a major part of its workforce as it builds an international customer presence.
