Nykaa, under FSN E-Commerce Ventures, just reported a spectacular more-than-twofold rise in its quarterly net profit, reaching ₹233.2 million for the quarter ended June 30, up from ₹96.4 million a year ago. This surge was powered by unstoppable demand for beauty and skincare, and strategic new tie-ups with premium brands like Chanel, Aestura, and Supergoop.

Beauty Segment Fuels Growth

Nykaa’s beauty sector, which includes both physical and online stores, had a 24% increase in revenue, reaching ₹19.75 billion. It helped that they placed more of a focus on luxury goods and made them more accessible.

Fashion Holds Steady

Nykaa’s fashion business, which includes brands like Victoria’s Secret and Titan’s Mia, grew by 15%. This growth helped raise total quarterly revenue to ₹21.55 billion, a 23% increase from last year.

Why This Matters

  • Beauty Resilience: Even in broader economic slowdowns, consumers, especially premium shoppers, are prioritizing beauty and self-care.
  • Omnichannel Strength: Nykaa’s seamless integration of digital and physical retail is amplifying reach and boosting performance.
  • Effective Brand Strategy: New partnerships with luxury and specialty names are giving Nykaa a competitive edge.

Investor Sentiment & Future Outlook

A parallel update shows Nykaa’s consolidated net profit in the March quarter (Q4 FY25) soared 110% year-on-year to ₹19 crore, with revenue up 24%, and EBITDA margin climbing to 6.5%, evidence of operational efficiency across its beauty and eB2B segments.

Looking ahead, Nykaa anticipates sustained momentum. For Q1 FY26, it projects mid-20% growth in consolidated net revenue, with its beauty GMV gaining even more traction, suggesting a continuation of its upward trajectory.
