The Pune police act swiftly, registering a case against Ahuja and his companion Bhavesh Oswal, who is seen sitting in the car during the incident. They are booked under charges of public nuisance, rash driving, and endangering public safety under the Indian Penal Code and the Motor Vehicles Act. The duo is later detained from Satara district.
