At approximately 4 p.m. on September 27, Satterley was discovered unconscious inside a rental vehicle parked outside a CAVA restaurant in Des Plaines, Illinois.

A woman who called 911 reported finding him “passed out” in the vehicle. Emergency responders arrived and pronounced the wrestler dead shortly afterward.

According to the incident report, responders found no visible injuries or suspicious markings on his body.

However, investigators documented saliva on the front of his shirt and medication inside the vehicle.

Those observations formed part of the initial investigation, while the subsequent medical examiner’s findings attributed his death to bronchial asthma.
