Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched a limited tenure housing scheme under its “Shramik Awas Yojana 2025,” offering over 6,500 budget-friendly flats at a discounted rate to deserving workers. With a massive 25% discount and a minimal booking amount of ₹2,500, the scheme vows to turn the dream of a home in the capital of construction and unorganised sector workers into reality.
The initiative is open for applications until March 31, 2025, and flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Who Can Apply?
The scheme is designed for workers registered with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) as of December 31, 2024. Additionally, workers registered under the PM Vishwakarma Yojana are also eligible.
