BHASKAR, a unified digital register that connects enterprises, investors, incubators, accelerators, academic institutions, and government agencies, is part of the Startup India initiative. The platform provides ecosystem members with a unified communication, scheme access, and opportunity co-creation interface. The project is currently in the pilot stage.

Key Features & Pilot Phase Capabilities
When BHASKAR first launches, it tests:
- Tools for peer cooperation
- fostering collaborations between stakeholders and startups.
- Individualised, customised BHASKAR IDs for verified entry.
- Integrated websites to make Startup India incentives easier to access.
These abilities are meant to encourage ecosystem connectivity, ease scheme participation, and offer equitable access to resources across regions.
Nationwide Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement
Information sessions, online advertisements, seminars with State Startup Nodal Agencies, and collaborations with incubators, institutions, and accelerators are just a few of the outreach initiatives the government has started. Small and microbusinesses in both urban and rural marketplaces are intended to gain from these strategies.
