Magadh University in Bodh Gaya is opening a new Technology Centre to help small businesses in Bihar. This centre will work with the Ministry of MSME to support startups, entrepreneurs, and local artisans. It will provide skill development and innovation programs to help them grow.

The new MSME Technology Centre will offer diploma and certificate courses for micro and small businesses. These programs will help improve skills, develop products, and promote digital literacy, all of which support entrepreneurship and industrial growth in the area.

The centre aims to empower youth and create jobs, particularly in underdeveloped regions where accessing technical education has been difficult.

Promoting Local Brands: Anarsa, Tilkut & More

Typical regional sweets like tilkut and anarsa will be on display at the centre.  It will help small businesses and artisans with branding, packaging, and online promotion. In this way, they will be able to access both domestic and international markets because of this aid provided to them.

By combining traditional crafts with modern business tools, this initiative aims to turn Bihar’s cottage and food processing industries into successful enterprises.

Centre of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence Coming Soon

Magadh University will open a Centre of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence on July 12. This center will support AI research and help small businesses use technology in their operations. It will focus on areas like logistics, agri-tech, supply chain, and manufacturing.

AI solutions are expected to boost productivity, lower costs, and provide data-driven insights.
