M3M India reports a 37% surge in sales to ₹3,911 crore in Q1 2024

M3M India, a prominent real estate firm, reported a 37% rise in sales during the June quarter of 2024, reaching ₹3,911 crore, driven by strong demand for its properties, marking an increase from ₹2,854 crore in the same quarter last year. Most sales, ₹2,972 crore, came from residential properties, while commercial properties contributed ₹940 crore.

Gurugram led the way with ₹2,415 crore in sales, followed by ₹402 crore from Noida projects and ₹1,094 crore from residential plots in Panipat. Sudeep Bhatt, President of M3M India, emphasized its focus on delivering high-quality real estate solutions, contributing to its performance in the first quarter of FY 2024-25. He highlighted the upcoming launch of ultra-luxury projects in FY25, expressing confidence in maintaining the growth momentum.

M3M India boasts 56 ongoing projects across various segments, including residential, retail, office spaces, and service apartments. The company has already delivered all projects launched before 2019 and is actively progressing on others. With a substantial land bank of 3,000 acres across Gurugram, Noida, and Panipat, M3M India is well-positioned for future growth.

Additionally, a report from PropTiger noted a 10% increase in housing sales in Delhi NCR during the April-June period, with 11,065 units sold compared to 10,058 in the previous quarter, reflecting a broader positive trend in the region’s real estate market.
