In a step to put employee health first, Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal has shown off a new wellness space at the firm’s main office in Gurugram.
A pledge to employee health
On 17 January, Goyal said on X (once called Twitter) that Zomato is all about making a kind and health-driven workplace. This new space highlights the firm’s aim to boost the health of its staff and their families by giving out smart health perks.
New health treatments
The wellness centre, made with Wellness Co., gives staff access to new treatments that help both body and mind. Workers and their families can use:
Cryotherapy: A cool treatment that cuts down swelling and helps with recovery.
Red light therapy: Aids skin health and helps cells fix themselves.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy: Increases oxygen in the body, helping with healing and renewal.
A step toward better work life
Zomato’s new plan shows how more firms are putting money into employee health as a key part of their culture. Zomato hopes to build a healthier, happier, and more useful team by adding new treatments to their work site.
