The Omaxe Group, a well-known builder in Delhi NCR, is ready to change the city with its new project, ‘The Omaxe State.’ This is India’s first big 5-in-1 place that brings sports, stores, hotels, food, and culture in one spot. It will take up a huge 50.4 acres in Sector 19-B, Dwarka, and is set to raise the bar for the way cities are built.
Public-private partnership
Omaxe Group is building this huge project with help from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) using a public-private partnership (PPP). They plan to spend over ₹2,500 crore, and it should be done by 2027. When finished, it is said to earn around ₹4,200 crore.

Mohit Goel, the Managing Director of Omaxe Group, spoke about the project with great joy. “With The Omaxe State, we want to give people in Delhi a top-notch experience right in their own city. This will fill an important need for better city spaces, giving a first-rate place for sports, shopping, and fun,” he shared.

The Omaxe State will have a new International Cricket and Football Stadium built to ICC and FIFA standards. It will seat more than 30,000 fans, making it a key site for big sports events. There will also be a multi-sport indoor stadium that can hold 2,000 people for different games.

Founded in 1987 by Rohtas Goel, Omaxe Group is known for its good real estate work. The firm became public in 2007 and works in 29 cities across eight states. Omaxe has built over 132 million square feet and has 22 million square feet being built, helping to shape India’s city life.
