Proptech startup Spintly has raised $8 million in its Series A funding round, led by Accel, with participation from ENRISSION India Capital, Chakra Growth Fund, Alumni Ventures, and Spyre VC. ENRISSION India Capital’s investment formed part of the overall Series A round, though the amount it contributed was not disclosed.
The funding marks a significant milestone for the company as it continues to scale its wireless access control solutions and expand its enterprise footprint. With backing from both global and domestic investors, Spintly is positioning itself to accelerate product innovation and strengthen its presence across key international markets.
Building on earlier funding momentum
This latest round follows a series of earlier investments that helped Spintly develop its core technology and market reach. In January last year, the company raised Rs 3.5 crore in an extended seed funding round led by Spyre VC and other investors. Before that, it secured $5.36 million from LetsVenture, Riso Capital, Sucseed Indovation, and Accel Nest.
These earlier funding rounds supported the company’s product development and initial expansion into global markets. The Series A round now provides additional capital to advance its technology stack and scale its operations more aggressively.
Focus on product development and AI capabilities
Spintly plans to use the newly raised funds to accelerate product development, expand its global operations, and strengthen its artificial intelligence capabilities. The company is specifically targeting enterprise customers that manage access across large commercial properties and multi location facilities.
By enhancing its AI driven capabilities, Spintly aims to improve security intelligence and operational efficiency for businesses that require reliable and scalable access control systems. The investment will also help the company expand its engineering and deployment capabilities to support enterprise scale adoption.

Wireless access control built for modern infrastructure
Founded by Rohin Parkar, Spintly develops wireless access control systems powered by its proprietary Bluetooth Low Energy mesh network technology. Unlike traditional access control systems that rely on extensive wiring, Spintly’s wireless infrastructure allows enterprises to deploy secure access management solutions with significantly reduced installation time and complexity.
This approach is particularly useful for retrofitting older buildings where installing wired systems can be difficult and expensive. The platform provides secure access management while maintaining local log storage, ensuring operational continuity even during power outages or network disruptions.
Spintly’s technology integrates hardware and software to deliver a unified access management solution. This combination allows businesses to monitor, control, and manage access across multiple locations from a centralized platform.
Global expansion across multiple regions
Spintly currently operates across India, the Middle East and Africa, and the United States. Its solutions are designed to meet the needs of enterprises managing large office spaces, commercial buildings, and distributed facilities.
In addition to access control hardware and software, the company is integrating artificial intelligence driven intelligence into existing camera infrastructure. This integration is aimed at enhancing security analytics and providing deeper insights into facility access and monitoring.
With its Series A funding secured, Spintly is focused on strengthening its technology platform and expanding its presence in global markets. The company’s wireless and AI enabled approach reflects the growing demand for flexible, scalable, and intelligent security solutions in modern commercial environments.
