Zyod Appoints Ankit Shukla as VP of Business to Lead Global Expansion

In a strategic push to expand its global operations, tech-enabled B2B fashion apparel manufacturer Zyod has hired Ankit Shukla as its Vice President of Business. With a professional journey of more than two decades in apparel manufacturing and business turnaround, Shukla’s onboarding is a strategic turning point for the company’s growth strategy.

Shukla’s appointment is more than a routine leadership change—it signals Zyod’s ambitions to recalibrate the traditional fashion supply chain with technology at its core. Known for his ability to steer large-scale projects and optimize operational frameworks, Shukla brings prior leadership stints at PDS Limited and Concord Ventures Group, where he spearheaded multi-million-dollar growth initiatives and forged robust global partnerships.

In his new position, Shukla will be tasked with spearheading Zyod’s international expansion, leading market penetration initiatives, and optimizing supply chain operations. His charge is to infuse smart automation and AI to not just speed up fashion sourcing but also make it sustainable a position Zyod wants to command through flexible manufacturing.

Speaking on his appointment, Shukla expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to disrupt legacy manufacturing models. “Zyod is at the cusp of redefining how fashion is sourced and scaled globally. By infusing intelligence into every step—from design to delivery—we’re building a future-ready platform for brands to thrive in dynamic markets,” he said.

Zyod co-founder Ankit Jaipuria welcomed Shukla, highlighting the alignment of vision and capabilities. “Ankit’s strategic foresight and domain expertise will be pivotal as we deepen industry alliances and solidify Zyod’s positioning as a leader in fashion manufacturing,” Jaipuria said.

Founded with a vision to transform fashion production, Zyod uses AI-driven design intelligence and just-in-time production to provide fashion brands across the globe with scalable solutions. The company recently hit the headlines with a successful Series A funding round of $18 million led by RTP Global, further reflecting investor faith in its tech-led strategy.

With Shukla now at the business helm, Zyod appears poised to stitch together its next phase of hypergrowth—one that fuses innovation, operational excellence, and a sharper global footprint.
