Launched on Ganesh Chaturthi

Snitch, the Bengaluru-based omnichannel menswear brand, has inaugurated a new 100,000 sq ft warehouse in Manesar, Gurugram, on August 27, 2025, coinciding with the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi. Founder and CEO Siddharth Dungarwal announced the milestone through a public post, describing the launch as an emotional reminder of how far the company has come in just five years. He reflected that Snitch once had “not even racks,” and now operates large-scale warehousing that underpins its rapid growth.

A Strategic Location in Manesar

The choice of Manesar for the company’s third warehouse is a strategic one. Located in Gurugram district within the National Capital Region, Manesar is a hub for manufacturing and logistics with direct access to highways such as NH-48. The location will allow Snitch to shorten delivery timelines across Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, while also supporting faster replenishment of stores in North India.

Strengthening Omnichannel Operations

Snitch’s new warehouse is not just about capacity, it aligns with the brand’s growing omnichannel strategy. The firm has invested in supply chain technology, advanced tracking, predictive analytics and returns management for a very seamless online experience. Their use of logistics intelligence platforms has provided once the purchase is completed stronger visibility for the customer, increased delivery date rigor and reduced wasted effort on returns and exchanges. A North India hub of this scale will strengthen these operations and reduce dependence on southern distribution centers.

Backed by Strong Funding

This infrastructure push comes shortly after Snitch secured ₹278 crore (USD 40 million) in May 2025 through a funding round led by 360 ONE Asset. Existing investors SWC Global and IvyCap Ventures also participated. The capital is being deployed to accelerate offline store expansion, strengthen warehousing, launch new categories, and build international presence.

Rapid Retail Expansion

Snitch, which began as an online-first brand in 2020, has rapidly expanded into physical retail. As of mid-2025, it operates close to 60 offline stores across India, including newly opened outlets in Delhi and Noida. The business intends to grow this network quickly, announcing a target of 100 stores by the end of 2025. A warehouse of this size in Gurugram will provide the backbone to support this retail growth.

Strong Financial Performance

Even among many early-stage D2C brands, Snitch has simultaneously achieved growth and positive profit margins. According to sources, Snitch had revenues of ₹ 250 crore in FY24, and a net profit of ₹ 4 crore. These finances and a sizeable double-digit operating margin indicate that Snitch is one of a small number of Indian fashion startups scaling and achieving financial success.

From Shark Tank to Startup Stardom

Snitch reached national prominence in 2022 after appearing on Shark Tank India Season 2, which led to Siddharth Dungarwal being funded by all five sharks for ₹1.5 crore for 1.5% equity. It provided Snitch with greater not only capital but visibility, and as reported, revenues went up by about 30% over the ensuing months. This visibility, combined with its fast-fashion model and trendy collections, has helped Snitch capture a loyal young consumer base across metros and smaller cities alike.

Leadership Vision and Company Culture

While announcing the Manesar warehouse, Dungarwal shared a personal reflection, calling the achievement “goosebump-inducing” and crediting the dedication of his team. He also included a poetic note:

“Sapne woh raaste hain, jo andhere mein bhi roshni dikhate hain. Zindagi chahe kitni bhi thakaan de, ye chhote-chhote khwab hi hain jo humein jeetne ki wajah dete hain.”

This encapsulates Snitch’s philosophy of chasing ambitious growth while staying rooted in grit and determination.

The Road Ahead

With three warehouses now totaling 250,000 sq ft across India, Snitch has built a strong supply chain foundation. In particular, the Manesar facility should drive considerable efficiencies in delivery speed and retail replenishment in North India, advancing its omnichannel ambitions. Snitch is substantively expanding its capability for profitability, as well as aggressive store opening plans, potentially positioning it among the most exciting new-age fashion brands in India.
