In the June quarter of 2024, the registration of residential properties in Noida and Greater Noida surged by 29% year-on-year, reaching a total of 8,212 units, according to housing brokerage firm Square Yards. This compares to 6,354 units registered in the same period last year.
The total sales value of these transactions was Rs 6,013 crore, showing a significant 59% increase from the previous year. This growth rate in sales value outpaced the rise in transaction volume. In Noida, 3,200 units were registered between April and June 2024, up from 2,408 units in the previous year. Greater Noida saw a 27% increase, with 5,012 units registered compared to 3,946 units a year earlier.
Nirala World led both in the number of transactions and sales value among developers. Its project, Nirala Estate in Tech Zone-4 (Greater Noida), saw 620 units registered, translating to a sales value of Rs 565 crore during April-June 2024.
