Heizen, a bold startup bridging India and Silicon Valley, is redefining software development by putting AI agents at the core of delivery.

Reimagining Software Delivery for Speed and Quality

Traditionally, software releases relied on large offshore teams, long cycles, and ballooning costs. Heizen offers a compelling alternative: compact, agile “pods” that mix elite human engineers with purpose-built AI agents, such as “Helix” for coding, “PM Agent” for sprint planning, and others for QA and deployment.

That shift enables rapid releases. A codebase migration that might stretch over three to six months now completes in just three weeks, thanks to parallel execution by AI agents under human guidance.

Fast Funding, Ambitious Vision

Heizen recently secured $500,000 in pre‑seed funding, led by Titan Capital with angel investment from Varun Alagh (Mamaearth) and Abhishek Goyal (Tracxn). The capital will back expansion, scaling the engineering team in India, deepening client reach in the U.S., and building out their multi-agent software delivery platform.

CEO Aman Arora explains that the goal isn’t experimentation, but constructing the foundational infrastructure for AI-led software delivery. He emphasizes that the era of adding headcount is over; velocity and efficiency driven by AI-human collaboration is the future.

Building a High-Velocity Ecosystem

Heizen’s founding team brings strong AI and enterprise credentials, Aman Arora (formerly with JP Morgan and IHS Markit), CTO Abhilasha Singh (ex-Microsoft AI lead), and CMO Nijansh Verma (SaaS growth leader).

Already, Heizen has served more than 50 clients across the U.S. and India, hitting 20% month-over-month growth and maintaining an impressive 83% first-month retention rate.

What This Means for the IT Landscape

Heizen is pioneering a future where small, AI-augmented teams outperform traditional large-scale models. That’s powerful for startups and enterprises alike seeking fast, high-quality software without bloated cost structures.

In a world craving efficient digital innovation, Heizen’s AI-native delivery model offers a leaner, smarter way to build, and they’re just getting started.
