The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has successfully auctioned four hotel plots near Noida International Airport, generating ₹106 crore—12% higher than the reserve price of ₹94 crore.
The plots in Sector 29, which ranged from 3,400 to 4,000 square meters, attracted strong competition. Equasocio Digital Technologies secured a 4,000-square-meter plot for₹31 crore, surpassing its reserve price of₹26 crore by₹5 crore. Meanwhile, Balaji Enterprises and Ranchor Infra Developers each acquired a 3,400-square-meter plot for ₹23 crore, marginally above the ₹22 crore reserve price. Another 3,400-square-meter plot went to Net2Source Consulting for ₹29 crore, exceeding its reserve price of ₹23 crore.
YEIDA expects these developments to bring investments exceeding ₹200 crore. In addition to the hotel plots, a 2,100-square-meter fuel station plot in Sector 18 was awarded to Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd for ₹12.2 crore.
The hotel plot scheme, introduced in December, offered 12 plots ranging from 3,100 square meters to 20,000 square meters. Meanwhile, launched in November, the fuel station scheme included two plots of 2,100 square meters and 1,600 square meters.
