Arvind SmartSpaces (ASL) has shared plans for a big industrial park in Ahmedabad, taking up 440 acres. This big plan is set to draw in a lot of money, up to ₹1,350 crore. It sits on NH47 by Bavla-Bagodara Road, making it an important spot for industry in Gujarat.
The park has a great spot on NH47, a key road that links Ahmedabad to other big cities in Gujarat and other places. To the south, it connects to towns like Rajkot, Bhavnagar, and Jamnagar in Saurashtra. To the north, it leads to Gandhinagar, Mehsana, and Rajasthan. Its spot at the junction means good access to Saurashtra, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, and big ports like Kandla, Mundra, and Pipavav. It is close to the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) and to the new Dholera Special Investment Region, making its links even better.
Flourishing industrial area
The area around it has many strong industries, like drugs, engineering, green energy, and logistics. This lively mix makes the site perfect for the new park, supporting many jobs and companies.
Modern setup and services
The project will have a top-notch setup to help the industry grow. Some features include:
A common effluent treatment plant (CETP)
Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system
Housing for workers and leaders
Logistics zones and weighbridges
These features will help create a space where industries can grow well.
CEO’s goals
Kamal Singal, the MD and CEO of Arvind SmartSpaces, showed his hope, saying:
“We are happy to add new options in Ahmedabad with this big industrial park. This plan boosts our work, adding to the 77 million square feet of projects we have in the area. The growth of the Ahmedabad economy makes this a good chance, and we are ready to meet this need. With a total possible gain of over ₹3,850 crore for the year, we plan to grow more in places like MMR, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad.”
Conclusion
This industrial park is set to be one of the largest in Gujarat, giving a full space for businesses. With its prime site, great setup, and strong links to key areas, it looks ready to help Gujarat grow in industry.
