Interior designer and entrepreneur Sussanne Khan has rented a 2,329 sq ft ready-to-move-in apartment in Mumbai’s Jogeshwari West for a monthly rent of ₹2.37 lakh. The property is located in Agarwal Ind Estate, a residential development, as per property registration documents accessed by Square Yards.
The transaction, registered on 23 December 2024, involved a stamp duty payment of ₹13,500 and registration charges of ₹1,000, according to the documents.
Jogeshwari West, situated in Mumbai’s western suburbs, is surrounded by prominent areas such as Andheri, Juhu, Goregaon, and Vile Parle. It has become a preferred location due to its proximity to major business hubs, including SEZs, IT parks, and industrial zones, making it a convenient choice for professionals and businesses alike, stated Square Yards.
Sussanne Khan, a prominent name in luxury interiors, is renowned for her innovative design work. She is the founder of The Charcoal Project and has established a global reputation for creating bespoke luxury interiors.
In 2015, Khan reportedly purchased a penthouse for ₹16 crore in Trump Towers, Kalyani Nagar, Pune, as an investment. Trump Towers is among Pune’s most prestigious residential high-rises.
Khan, who divorced Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan in 2014, has remained in the spotlight for her high-profile real estate investments and design ventures. However, she was unavailable for comment regarding the recent rental, and an email query to The Charcoal Project received no response.
