Signature Global plans to revive Noida’s stalled projects

Signature Global plans to revive stalled housing projects in Noida and Greater Noida to expand its reach in Delhi-NCR. The company is also eyeing land acquisitions in these areas to meet rising housing demand. This move reflects its strategy to grow beyond Gurugram, where it already has a strong presence.

Signature Global targets stalled projects

Signature Global is actively evaluating stalled projects under Noida Authority’s co-development policy, which focuses on reviving incomplete developments. Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal stated that the company is only considering projects without legacy litigations. Meanwhile, it is also bidding for land in Noida, Greater Noida, and along the Yamuna Expressway through development authority auctions.

Expanding beyond Gurugram

Signature Global has a robust foothold in Gurugram but aims to diversify further. To address the increasing housing demand, it plans to launch projects worth ₹50,000 crore in the next three years. Moreover, the company is targeting a 25% annual growth in sales bookings.

“We are confident of exceeding our ₹10,000 crore sales goal this year,” Aggarwal said. In the first half of FY 2024-25, the company achieved ₹5,900 crore in sales, putting it well on track to surpass its target.

Financial growth and future plans

Signature Global has shown strong financial performance. In Q2, it posted a net profit of ₹4.15 crore, a significant recovery from a ₹19.92 crore loss in the previous year. Additionally, its total income grew to ₹777.42 crore during the same period.

The company has already delivered 11 million square feet of housing. By March 2026, it aims to deliver 16 million square feet, generating ₹10,000 crore in revenue. This expansion will cement its position as a leader in Delhi-NCR’s real estate market.
