Signature Global has appointed Ahluwalia Contracts (India) to undertake the construction of its inaugural premium residential project, De-luxe DXP, located in Sector 37D along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. This substantial contract, valued at ₹1,144 crore, signifies Signature Global’s commitment to delivering high-quality residential spaces in one of the most sought-after areas of the city. The partnership with Ahluwalia Contracts, a reputable name in the construction industry, is expected to enhance the project’s execution and ensure the development meets the highest standards of excellence. Signature Global has awarded a significant construction contract to enhance its portfolio of premium residential projects.
Lalit Kumar Aggarwal, Vice Chairman of Signature Global, commented, “Partnering with Ahluwalia Contracts ensures that De-luxe DXP will set new design, amenities, and quality standards. Even though it’s our first premium project, it has already made waves in the Gurugram real estate market, with pre-sales exceeding Rs 3,600 crore shortly after its launch.”

The De-luxe DXP project, covering 16.65 acres, is expected to be completed within five years. It will feature 1,008 luxury units spread across eight towers, including 3BHK, 3.5BHK, and 4.5BHK apartments, as well as penthouses. Designed by international architects AEDAS and with landscape design by Sanju Bose, the project also includes structural consulting by Mahimtura and MEP consulting by Sanelac.
This IGBC Gold-rated project promises sustainable living with amenities like two large clubhouses, seven swimming pools, extensive podium parking, advanced air conditioning systems, and a major jogging track. It also offers 1 lakh sq. ft. of high-street retail space, aiming to create a self-contained urban community. De-luxe DXP’s prime location ensures easy access to the Dwarka Expressway, NH-8, and Southern Peripheral Road, close to Delhi, IGI Airport, the upcoming Global City, and a new metro line.
