Delhi-based Eros Group has officially announced a substantial investment of nearly ₹400 crore in the third phase of its Sampoornam 3 housing project located in Greater Noida. This ambitious housing initiative by Eros Group aims to meet the rising demand for quality residential spaces in the rapidly developing area of Greater Noida. According to the company’s statement, Eros Group has already successfully sold inventory valued at ₹200 crore, showcasing strong market interest and confidence in the project. This investment reflects Eros Group’s commitment to enhancing the housing landscape in Greater Noida and contributing to the region’s growth by providing modern and affordable living options. As the housing sector continues to flourish, Eros Group’s strategic investments position it as a key player in the Greater Noida real estate market.
The investment is allocated for the development of five towers within the Sampoornam 3 project, which spans over 21,728 square meters (approximately 5.37 acres). The project features a total of 11 towers and offers a range of 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The initial sales have commenced for five towers, encompassing 318 out of the total 726 units available.
Strategically located near the upcoming Aqua Line metro station of the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) in Sector 2, the project is situated on a 130-meter-wide main road linking KP-5 and the Depot metro station in Greater Noida.

The first phase of the Sampoornam 3 project includes 258 flats and 90 commercial shops. Eros Group is also involved in various other residential and commercial ventures, including Charmwood Village in Faridabad and Lakewood City along the Gurugram-Sohna Road.
An Anarock report indicates that Noida and Greater Noida collectively recorded the sale of approximately 8,425 units in the first half of 2024. Among these, 42% were luxury homes, 13% were affordable units, and the highest sales share 45% were mid and premium segment homes priced between ₹40 lakh and ₹1.5 crore.
