Omaxe Group aims to enhance the region’s infrastructure by investing ₹2,500 crore in a new commercial-cum-sports complex in Dwarka. Named The Omaxe State, the development is scheduled for completion by 2027 and is projected to generate over ₹4,200 crore in revenue throughout its lifecycle. The complex will include a cricket and football stadium, indoor games facilities, a retail area, and a hotel.
The complex will be divided into several distinct districts: sports, shopping, hospitality, food, and social. The food district, inspired by London’s Covent Garden and Carnaby Street, will cover 500,000 square feet and host more than 40 fine dining establishments, nightclubs, sports bars, drive-throughs, a large food court, rooftop restaurants, food kiosks, and banquet facilities.
Additionally, The Omaxe State will feature a by-invitation sports and leisure club, a 75,000-square-foot e-sports arena, and a 148-key hotel. The facility will also include a large banquet space with multi-level parking, an event arena for social and cultural events, and an Olympic-sized swimming pool. Sports enthusiasts can look forward to tennis, badminton, squash, basketball, and football facilities.

The facility is situated near Yashobhoomi, Asia’s largest convention center, IGI Airport, Bharat Vandana Park, and the upcoming diplomatic enclave.
