What Is Study Mode and How Does It Work?
Study Mode uses a method similar to Socratic questioning to help users solve problems step by step instead of just giving answers. When you activate it using the “Study and Learn” icon in the tools menu, ChatGPT will ask you questions, give hints, and encourage you to think deeply about the topic. Study Mode has already been beta‑tested by Indian students, including IIT aspirants, across subject areas like exam prep, homework review, and concept learning.
