Surat-based agritech startup GROWiT India Pvt. Ltd. has secured $3 million in a Series A funding round led by GVFL Ltd (formerly Gujarat Venture Finance Limited). The round also saw participation from Veloce Opportunities Fund, JITO Angel Network, We Founder Circle, Sunicon Ventures, Progrowth Ventures, and Hyderabad Angels.
This strategic funding round comes at a critical time for the Indian agricultural sector, which is rapidly adopting innovation to address longstanding productivity and sustainability challenges.

According to GROWiT, the fresh capital will be utilized for:

India’s First Affordable Soil Testing Device Launched
As a significant product milestone, GROWiT launched India’s first affordable Soil Health Testing Device in April 2025. This first-of-its-kind product had a price point to be affordable by all farmers, even small holders, it makes soil testing more accessible than ever before by providing real-time data on basic soil composition and crop suggestions.
