In a world where formal degrees often define career paths, Deepika Vinchhi has rewritten the script, combining education, experience, and passion to create something unique. A qualified B.Tech graduate and former founder of a successful recruitment consultancy, Deepika has now become the face of an inspiring new venture: a healthy morning soup shop on the streets of Maninagar near Jaymala Circle, Isanpur, Ahmedabad.
Deepika Vinchhi: Blend of resilience, reinvention and risk
Her journey is a beautiful blend of resilience, reinvention, and risk, which is the essence of true entrepreneurship.

Before marriage, Deepika ran her own private limited recruitment consultancy firm for over eight years. She was immersed in the corporate world, helping companies find the right talent, leading from the front, and building a solid reputation. But life took a turn, as it often does, and post-marriage, she decided to explore new terrains. She worked with the prestigious Marriott Hotel and later in an EdTech company as a Program Manager not out of compulsion, but out of curiosity to understand the changing dynamics of industries and to find her next big calling.
That calling, surprisingly, came from her kitchen.
“I’ve always had a passion for cooking,” Deepika shares. “Especially healthy food. I constantly try new recipes that are both delicious and good for the body. I knew I wanted to start something in the food industry, something meaningful.”
And she did.
Stepping away from boardrooms and job placements, Deepika set up a modest yet vibrant morning soup stall on the streets, offering a variety of wholesome soups to early risers, fitness enthusiasts, and office-goers. It wasn’t about selling food; it was about serving wellness in a cup.
What sets Deepika apart is her willingness to start small, without hesitation or fear of social judgment. In a society where women are often expected to either stick to traditional roles or climb corporate ladders, Deepika chose a path many wouldn’t even consider street vending, not out of necessity, but out of passion and vision.
Her venture is more than a business. It’s a statement. It tells every woman that you don’t need an MBA to start a company. You don’t need a massive investment to launch a brand. All you need is the courage to take that first step and the persistence to keep going.
In just a short time, Deepika’s soup stall has built a loyal customer base. People not only enjoy her nutritious recipes but also admire her determination and humility. She shows up every morning with a smile and a mission to serve health and chase her dream.
Deepika Sharma represents a growing movement of women who are choosing entrepreneurship on their own terms. She’s not just running a soup stall, she’s building a legacy that challenges norms, encourages other women to act on their passions, and proves that every woman has the power to become her own boss.
And as Deepika stirs her soups each morning, she’s also stirring change – one bowl at a time.
